EPA Seeks Comments on Renewal of Stratospheric Ozone Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is requesting public comment on a proposed renewal of its Information Collection Request (ICR) 1432.29, which requires recordkeeping and periodic reporting of ozone-depleting substance production, import, recycling, destruction, transhipment, and feedstock use, set to expire on April 30, 2012.
