DoD Proposes Amendment to DFARS for Proposal Adequacy Checklist

The US Department of Defense is proposing to update the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to include a checklist to ensure proposals submitted in response to solicitations requiring certified cost or pricing data meet the necessary requirements.
