USPS Revises Express Mail Postage Refund Policy and Waiver of Signature Requirement
The United States Postal Service is updating its Mailing Standards to shorten the timeframe for filing Express Mail postage refund claims from 90 days to 30 days and to modify the signature requirement for domestic Express Mail items.
