EPA Withdraws Two Significant New Use Rules for Chemical Substances

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing two significant new use rules (SNURs) for chemical substances, including rutile, tin zinc, and calcium-doped, and rutile, tin zinc, and sodium-doped, due to adverse comments on a direct final rule, with plans to propose new SNURs in the near future.
