EPA Withdraws Approval of Ohio and Indiana Air Quality Plans Due to Adverse Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its approval of Ohio's and Indiana's air quality implementation plans to meet the 1997 annual standard for fine particulate matter, following receipt of an adverse comment, and will address the comment in a subsequent final action.
