EPA Delays Sanctions on California Air Pollution Control District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made an interim final determination to postpone the implementation of sanctions related to the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District's (SJVUAPCD) air quality plan, pending a proposed approval of revisions to the district's rules, published in today's Federal Register.
