EPA Removes Port Arthur Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the removal of the State Marine of Port Arthur Superfund Site in Port Arthur, Texas, from the National Priorities List, following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
