EPA Revokes Significant New Use Rule for Substituted Ethoxyethylamine Phosphonate

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revoked a significant new use rule (SNUR) for the chemical substance substituted ethoxyethylamine phosphonate, which was previously covered by a premanufacture notice (PMN) P-95-1950, following new information and test data that no longer indicate significant new uses.
