EPA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of a new information collection activity related to pre-manufacture review and significant new use reporting requirements for new chemical substances, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.
