EPA Authorizes Access to Confidential Business Information by Guident Technologies, Inc. and Subcontractor, Impact Innovations Systems, Inc.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted permission to Guident Technologies, Inc. and its subcontractor, Impact Innovations Systems, Inc., to access confidential business information related to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). This authorization allows the companies to review information submitted to the EPA under various sections of the act.
