EPA Grants Partial Objection to Murphy Oil Operating Permit

The EPA Administrator has partially denied and partially granted a petition to object to an operating permit issued to Murphy Oil USA, Inc. for the Meraux Refinery in Louisiana, following a citizen petition submitted by the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic on behalf of Concerned Citizens Around Murphy.
