Momentive Performance Materials Seeks Exemption from Tolerance Requirement for Butyl Acrylate-Methacrylic Acid-Styrene Polymer

Momentive Performance Materials has submitted a petition to the EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of a specific polymer used in pesticide formulations, effectively eliminating the need to establish a maximum permissible level for residues on food or feed commodities.
