EPA Proposes Approval and Disapproval of Kentucky's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve and disapprove two revisions to Kentucky's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that address regional haze requirements, which aim to prevent future and remedy existing impairment of visibility in national parks and wilderness areas caused by air pollutants.
