Correction to Notice of Intent to Grant an Exclusive License to Voltage Networking, LLC

The US Department of Defense (DoD) has corrected a notice published on November 10, 2011, regarding the grant of an exclusive license to Voltage Networking, LLC, correcting an error in the original notice where the license was incorrectly stated as non-assignable.
