EPA Extends Comment Period for NPDES CAFO Reporting Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for its proposed National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Concentrated Animal Feeding Operation (CAFO) Reporting Rule by 30 days, from December 20, 2011, to January 19, 2012.
