DoD Issues Interim Rule on Domestic Photovoltaic Devices for Defense Contracts

The Department of Defense is implementing a new rule requiring defense contractors to use domestic photovoltaic devices in their contracts, in line with the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 and the Buy American statute.
