EPA Approves Revision to California State Implementation Plan for NOx and SOx Emissions

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve a revision to the South Coast Air Quality Management District's portion of the California State Implementation Plan, focusing on emissions from facilities emitting 4 tons or more of nitrogen oxides (NOx) or sulfur oxides (SOx) per year, effective from 1990 onwards, under the RECLAIM program.
