US Copyright Office Seeks Comments on Exemptions to Circumvention of Copyright Protection Systems

The US Copyright Office is seeking public comments on proposals to exempt certain types of works from a prohibition on circumventing technological measures that control access to copyrighted content, in order to determine if users of these works are harmed by the prohibition.
