EPA Responses to State and Tribal 2008 Ozone Designation Recommendations: Notice of Availability and Public Comment Period

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has posted its responses to state and tribal recommendations for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) on its website, inviting public comments until a specified date. The EPA aims to finalize the designation determinations in spring 2012.
