EPA Corrects Rule Language for West Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plans

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has corrected an error in a rule pertaining to the approval of revised motor vehicle emissions budgets for five 8-hour ozone maintenance areas in West Virginia, which were previously amended to include 2009 and 2018 motor vehicle emissions budgets submitted by the state.
