Cost Accounting Standards Board Adopts New Threshold for Inflation Adjustment to Truth in Negotiations Act Threshold

The Office of Federal Procurement Policy and the Cost Accounting Standards Board have adopted a final rule revising the threshold for applying Cost Accounting Standards to $700,000, tied to the inflation-adjusted Truth in Negotiations Act threshold, as required by the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005.
