The US Agency is proposing a settlement for $102,161 to recover response costs at the North Hollywood Operable Unit of the San Fernando Valley Area 1 Superfund Site in Los Angeles, California, with three parties involved: Pick-Your-Part Auto Wrecking, Hayward Associates, LLC, and PNM Properties, LLC.
