Pendency of Request for Approval of Special Withdrawal Liability Rules for The Cultural Institutions Pension Plan

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has received a request from The Cultural Institutions Pension Plan to amend its plan to include special withdrawal liability rules, which would allow the plan to follow industry-specific rules similar to those in construction and entertainment. Interested parties are invited to comment on the request.
