Agency Information Collection Activities; Submission to OMB for Review and Approval; Comment Request; NESHAP for Iron and Steel Foundry Area Sources (Renewal)

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking public comment on a renewal of an existing approved information collection request, which pertains to the regulation of iron and steel foundry area sources under the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). The request is submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).
