EPA Announces Proposed Administrative Settlement for Abbott Mine/Turkey Run Mine Superfund Site in California

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has executed a proposed administrative cost recovery settlement for the Abbott Mine/Turkey Run Mine Superfund Site in Lake County, California, requiring El Paso Merchant Energy--Petroleum Company to pay $237,878.07 to the Hazardous Substances Superfund.
