Sierra Club Proposes Settlement Agreement with EPA Over Ozone Standards

The Sierra Club has submitted a proposed settlement agreement with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) over alleged failures to meet the 1997 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard in seven areas across the country, including Boston, Chicago, New York, and St. Louis.
