EPA to Delete Hipps Road Landfill Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4 is proposing to remove the Hipps Road Landfill Superfund Site in Jacksonville, Florida, from the National Priorities List (NPL), and is seeking public input on the decision, which is based on the completion of all necessary response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
