EPA Removes Hipps Road Landfill from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the deletion of the Hipps Road Landfill Superfund Site in Jacksonville, Florida, from the National Priorities List, following completion of all necessary response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
