FEMA to Offer Federal Property for Homeless Shelters

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is reviewing unutilized and surplus Federal property to identify suitable locations for homeless shelters, as part of the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) efforts to assist those in need.
