EPA Proposes Revisions to Regional Haze Program Rules

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing changes to rules governing the regional haze program, aiming to improve progress towards natural visibility conditions in Class I areas by shifting focus from source-specific Best Available Retrofit Technology (BART) to the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule, also known as the Transport Rule.
