U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission to Hold Public Meeting on Import of Non-U.S. Origin Radioactive Sources

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will hold a public meeting on January 24, 2012, to gather input on a draft Branch Technical Position regarding the import of non-U.S. origin radioactive sources, following concerns raised by industry stakeholders about implementation of the 'U.S. origin' exclusion.
