U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Submits Information Collection for OMB Review

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal for the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for review by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The NRC is seeking public comment on the submission, which includes forms related to materials licensing, such as NRC Form 313 and its variants.
