U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Emergency Clearance for New Information Collection

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its intention to request emergency review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a new information collection, which is required under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2012.
