Revision of Fee Schedules; Fee Recovery for Fiscal Year 2012

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to amend its fee schedules to recover approximately 90% of its budget authority for Fiscal Year 2012, totaling $901 million. The proposed rule is based on the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2012, signed by President Obama on December 23, 2011.
