U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Approves Spent Fuel Storage Cask Revision

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has confirmed the effective date of May 2, 2012, for a direct final rule that revises spent fuel storage regulations, adding the Holtec International HI-STORM 100 System with Amendment No. 8 to Certificate of Compliance Number 1014.
