NRC Amends Fee Schedules to Recover 90% of FY 2012 Budget

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is implementing the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1990 to recover 90% of its FY 2012 budget through licensing, inspection, and annual fees, with a total amount of $901 million to be billed to licensees.
