NRC Seeks Public Comment on Revised Occupational Dose Record Form

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is requesting public input on its proposed revision to NRC Form 5, a document used to track occupational radiation exposure, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
