U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Revised Licensing Guidelines for Non-Power Reactors

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public input on updated guidelines for preparing and reviewing licensing applications for instrumentation and control upgrades at non-power reactors, as outlined in the revised Chapter 7, Section 7.3 of NUREG-1537.
