U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Requests Public Comment on Renewal of Information Collection for Export and Import of Nuclear Equipment and Material

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is seeking public comment on its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) approval for renewal of an existing information collection related to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements for the export and import of nuclear equipment and material, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
