Millstone Power Station, Unit 2; Exemption Reissued Due to Omissions in Original Document

The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission is reissuing an exemption to 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix R after discovering it inadvertently omitted certain Operator Manual Actions from the original document, which was published in the Federal Register on July 24, 2012.
