Adrian Steel Company Granted Exemption for Noncompliant Vehicles
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted an exemption to Adrian Steel Company and Commercial Truck and Van Equipment, Inc. for Model Year 2006-2008 vehicles that did not fully comply with federal safety standards due to the noncompliance being deemed inconsequential to motor vehicle safety.
