U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis Announces Mandatory Quarterly Survey of Financial Services Transactions

The Bureau of Economic Analysis, part of the U.S. Department of Commerce, is requiring a quarterly survey of financial transactions between U.S. financial institutions and foreign individuals, as mandated by the International Investment and Trade in Services Survey Act and the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988.
