DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Correction to Service Contract Rule

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are revising the applicability date of a rule regarding the nondisplacement of qualified workers under service contracts, originally published in the Federal Register on December 21, 2012.
