DoD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Revised FAR to Implement US-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement

The US Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have adopted the final, revised version of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement the US-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement, a free trade agreement (FTA) that provides non-discriminatory treatment of eligible products and services from Colombia.
