DOD, GSA, and NASA Propose Amendments to Federal Acquisition Regulation to Support Small Business Contracting

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to align with the Small Business Administration's (SBA) updates to the small business size and status protest and appeal procedures, ensuring that set-aside contracts for small businesses are awarded to eligible small business concerns.
