GSA Issues Notice for Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for San Ysidro Land Port of Entry Modernization Project
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is required to prepare a Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for the San Ysidro Land Port of Entry (LPOE) Modernization and Expansion Project, as mandated by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Council on Environmental Quality Regulations.
