GSA Proposes Revision to Mail Management Policy Under Federal Management Regulation

The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to revise its mail management policy by removing the requirement to use commercial payment processes for payments to the United States Postal Service (USPS). The proposed rule also includes changes to annual mail management reports, mail security policies, and guidelines for employees working at alternative worksites.
