DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Private Security Functions Outside the US

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are publishing a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) with new requirements for government agencies to follow when hiring private security contractors to work outside the United States.
