DoD, GSA, and NASA Adopt Final Rule for Nondefense Agencies' Acquisition of DoD Supplies and Services

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have finalized, with changes, an interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to require nondefense agencies to comply with DoD procurement requirements when acquiring supplies and services on behalf of the DoD. This rule implements provisions from the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2008 and 2013.
