US Government Agencies Adopt Final Rule for US-Panama Free Trade Agreement
The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration have adopted the final version of the interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement the US-Panama Trade Promotion Agreement, a free trade agreement that eliminates discriminatory treatment of eligible products and services from Panama.
